Terms of Service

By engaging Aetheris Cloud Solutions, you agree to the following terms governing our infrastructure consulting services.

1. Service Scope

Services include AWS EKS migrations, multi-region failover setups, and general cloud architecture. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW).

2. SLAs and Uptime

Our 99.999% uptime guarantee applies only to environments fully managed under our active-active routing protocols as defined in your SLA addendum.

3. Liability

Aetheris is not liable for outages caused by upstream provider failures or unauthorized modifications to the Terraform state files.
